Job summary

Techxot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead web and CMS development projects from our Nashik office. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

The role requires 5-8 years in software/web projects, strong SDLC knowledge, and hands-on experience with .NET and CMS platforms like Sitecore/Umbraco. You will also drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience managing software or web development projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience delivering projects built on .NET and modern CMS/DXP platforms.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with exposure to Waterfall delivery.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management abilities.
• Basic technical understanding of web technologies to communicate effectively with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of web and CMS development projects using .NET, Sitecore, and Umbraco.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and business analysts to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Monitor progress, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage change requests and scope modifications, and assess their impact on timelines and budgets.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and delivery records.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and team productivity.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
