Job summary

The Quality Council of India (QCI) is seeking a senior Civil Engineering Lead to manage project activities, supervise site operations, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams, monitor progress, review schedules and documentation, and guide engineers and supervisors to achieve project objectives.

Masters or Bachelors in Civil Engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience required; strong

• Good knowledge of construction practices, quality control, and project execution.

• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, construction guidelines, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain relevant project documentation.
• Lead and guide engineers, supervisors, and other team members.
