Role & responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, governance, and strategic direction to the Quality function across all projects and regions.
- Define and implement the organizations Quality vision, policies, standards, and systems aligned with international best practices and ISO frameworks.
- Act as the custodian of quality excellence, ensuring consistency, reliability, and superior delivery outcomes across diverse asset classes.
- Partner with senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders to embed quality as a core organizational value.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging technology, innovation, and lessons learned from projects.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, codes, standards, and client-specific quality obligations.
- Establish strong internal controls, documentation systems, and audit readiness across projects.
- Proactively identify quality risks and implement mitigation strategies at organizational and project levels.
- Support dispute resolution and claims management by providing quality-related insights and documentation.
Operational
- Oversee development, implementation, and monitoring of Project Quality Plans across all projects.
- Ensure robust quality assurance and quality control systems are in place and effectively implemented.
- Review tender documentation, contracts, and specifications from a quality and constructability perspective.
- Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of observations and corrective actions.
- Evaluate supplier, contractor, and vendor performance to ensure alignment with defined quality standards.
- Monitor quality KPIs and dashboards, analyze trends, and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure quality compliance across civil, structural, finishing, faade, MEP, and external development works.
- Promote adoption of modern construction technologies, innovative materials, and best practices to enhance quality outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
BE / BTech Civil Engineering
Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management / Construction Management preferred
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction and project management
- At least 810 years in a senior leadership role within Quality
- Extensive experience in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- International exposure is an added advantage
