Job summary

Axis My India is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator/Manager to spearhead end-to-end project planning and client coordination from our Mumbai office. You will coordinate fieldwork, ensure timely payments, and supervise cross-functional teams across training, quality, and data analytics to deliver high-quality insights.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in management, marketing or related field.
• Prior experience in market research or project management roles preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure advance payments as per terms.
• Plan fieldwork execution including manpower and logistics with Operations.
• Ensure sample videos are prepared and approved by Training and Quality teams.
• Coordinate with Training team for field team training on questionnaires and processes.
• Monitor data quality during live fieldwork with Quality and Data Analytics teams.
• Track productivity at overall and hourly levels with Operations.
• Analyze interim and final reports to identify data errors and rectify them.
• Maintain detailed project trackers to monitor fieldwork status and progress.
• Present findings and insights to clients in a professional manner.
• Collect client testimonials and feedback post project completion.
• Ensure project closure with receipt of outstanding payments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to ensure receipt of advance payments as per project terms.
• Plan fieldwork execution, including manpower and logistics, in coordination with the Operations team.
