Ambitious Project Manager with extensive experience of high‑end Residential Interiors and a demonstrated ability in planning, managing procurement, scheduling, quality control, and coordination of MEP services.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communication and client experience.
• Deliver projects as per committed timelines and desired quality.
• Gather and share project information with stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers and designers.
• Ensure execution at sites meets standard processes.
• Learn new techniques for tracking projects.
• Track and plan site activities per master project schedule, identify risks and plan alternate execution strategies.
• Verify bills submitted by contractors and suppliers, checking on‑site measurements.
• Coach and train project executives to follow standard practices in on‑site execution and reporting.
