Job summary

UIDAI is seeking a seasoned project management professional to plan, coordinate, and implement large-scale initiatives within budget, timeline, and scope. You will monitor progress and present updates to stakeholders and project teams.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in government/PSU projects, regulatory awareness, and proficiency with various procurement models, issue tracking, and team coaching.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/MCA + MBA or M.Tech with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• OR BE/B.Tech/MCA with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Project Management, Software Project Management, or enterprise-wide system integration.
• Government-sector project management or BPR experience preferred.
• Exposure to regulatory environments is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of procurement models.
• Experience in day-to-day program management and issue tracking.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Education Qualification

BE/B.Tech/MCA + MBA or M.Tech in any discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

OR

BE/B.Tech/MCA in any discipline, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

Experience

Project Management, Software Project Management, or enterprise-wide system integration/process improvement engagements

Government-sector experience in Project Management, Software Project Management, or Business Process Reengineering for Government/Quasi-Government/PSUs is preferred

Exposure to regulatory environments is an advantage

Strong working knowledge of various procurement models

Demonstrated experience in day-to-day program management and issue tracking
