Job summary

Mployee.me in Delhi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead government projects. You will analyze requirements, manage scopes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA, PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe Agile certifications, 12+ years in IT project management, and government project experience on at least two engagements. Immediate joiners only. English or Hindi communication required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of total experience in IT and project management.
• Government project experience mandatory; 2 projects for Central Government, State Government or PSU.
• Experience managing and implementing at least 2 large-scale projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ members.
• Experience in web application development.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe Agile certification mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; English or Hindi.
