Job summary

Weekday 1 is seeking a Senior AI & Legal Technology Professional to lead AI-powered solutions for US personal injury law firms, combining legal workflows with automation.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML and legal teams to design scalable AI agents and workflows, and help deploy enterprise-grade legal tech across complex operations. This role demands deep domain knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for Generative AI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in legal tech, AI, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of US legal processes, esp. personal injury.
• Experience with technology-driven products, automation platforms, or enterprise apps.
• Ability to translate business/domain requirements into clear technical/product specs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex US personal injury workflows and identify automation opportunities.
