Weekday AI is seeking a Senior AI & Legal Technology Professional to contribute to AI-driven solutions for the legal sector, with a focus on US personal injury law firms. The role emphasizes AI agents, automation, and enterprise technology to streamline high-volume workflows.

Based in Mumbai, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and legal teams to design scalable AI-enabled processes and ensure robust, production-ready deployments across legal operations.

Formación

• 8+ years in legal technology, AI, technology consulting, product, operations, or a closely related domain.
• Strong understanding of US legal processes, preferably with exposure to personal injury law or law-firm operations.
• Experience with technology-driven products, automation platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate business or domain requirements into clear technical or product requirements.
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Support experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled workflows.
• Identify risks, edge cases, and gaps in AI-driven legal automation.

• Contribute to documentation, process design, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
