Job summary

Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited is seeking a results-driven professional to lead end-to-end project execution, coordinating with stakeholders across functions from requirements to implementation.

You will drive business transformation, identify process improvements to boost persistency and customer experience, and plan GTM activities for new initiatives with training, webinars, rollout, and adoption tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution including requirement gathering, business case development, change requests, FSD sign-offs, UAT coordination, stakeholder approvals, and implementation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive transformation initiatives aimed at improving persistency, customer experience, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes.
• Plan and execute GTM activities for new initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training programs, webinars, rollout plans, and adoption tracking.
• Drive initiatives focused on improving renewal customer experience, NPS, and retention outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analyses, and strategic assessments to identify opportunities and recommend actions for business improvement.
