Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in India seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead hospital and commercial project planning and execution. You will generate detailed schedules, maintain WBS, track progress, and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will oversee procurement tracking, billing/cost tracking, and weekly/monthly reporting, optimize resources, and ensure milestone delivery with risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in project planning and execution.
• Experience in hospital and commercial projects.
• Proven track record in site execution and project scheduling.
• Ability to generate weekly and monthly project reports.

Responsibilities

• Define WBS, milestones and dependencies for each project phase.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate tendering and procurement for vendors with documentation.
• Assist in budgets and cost estimates; track expenditures against budget.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs and avoid overallocation.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports highlighting project details and risks.
