Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to plan, organize, and manage resources for timely, on-budget project completion at our site in India. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a B.E Civil with 8–10 years in PEB/industrial projects, and have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

  • B.E Civil with 8–10 years of experience in PEB structure and industrial projects.
  • Experience in FMCG or bottling is an added benefit.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Technical understanding of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor progress against the master project schedule and budgets.
  • Coordinate site activities, liaise with architects, contractors, and client.
  • Oversee procurement, materials, equipment, and labour to schedule.
  • Assist QA/QC and safety teams to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare reports on critical activities and manage risk and change orders.
  • Document all site work and manage contract administration.

Job TitleAssistant Project ManagerJob Description SummaryThis role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Construction Project Engineers work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed according to plan.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Monitor progress of work with respect to Master project scheduleMonitoring the execution of work at site to ensure alignment to the drawings and specification.Timely reminders to all contractors about the delays in scheduleEnsuring the workability and adherence to standards in the work statement/methodologies submitted by contractors for each item of work and ensuring the alignment to the same at site. Responsible for all site work related documentation for the assigned items of work.Anticipate and flag imminent bottlenecks. Take steps to avoid delays.
