Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager - Planning, Project Coordinator for Industrial Projects (PEB) in India. You will create detailed project schedules, track progress, and raise alerts for delays.
You will coordinate procurement tracking and billing/cost tracking with vendors and the project team. You will work with cross-functional teams to define scope, budgets, and milestones, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery while optimizing resources and costs.

This role is responsible for generating the schedule for the project and tracking of the same basis site inputs and coordination with the team for sharing and highlighting the Look Ahead and anticipated delays, Risk and its mitigations plan. Also, candidate has to support the Procurement tracking and Billing / Cost tracking for all the appointed vendors.

About the Role: Prepare and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using project management software - Microsoft Project Generate Reports considering the tracking of the schedule and site inputs. Coordinate tendering Process for appointment of various vendors and Support the project team with documentation for the tendering process
