Philips is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives within an Indian operation. You will drive remediation and growth projects, manage cross-functional teams, and align scope with timelines and budgets.

The role emphasizes customer-centric delivery, strong communication, and continuous process improvement across the project lifecycle. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree, 10+ years of program or project management experience, and knowledge of PMBok/SAFe

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/IT or related field.
• PMP certification preferred; strong program/project management background.

• Delivers business impact by driving projects that deliver innovative solutions with tangible benefits for the organization (e.g., new business processes, product enhancements, or supporting short-term business goals).
• Ensures continuous improvement by constantly seeking opportunities to improve project management skills and team processes, utilizing PMBok and SAFe guidelines to guide project execution, and actively participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
• Documents project knowledge by developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future reference and knowledge transfer.
• Cultivates effective relationships, shares knowledge, and provides influence over projects and peer groups, demonstrating full understanding of area of specialization.

Minimum Required Education

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or equivalent.

Minimum Required Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
