Job summary

Greythr in Lucknow is seeking an experienced project delivery leader to plan, manage and monitor development projects across urban and rural sectors. You will supervise Project Coordinators and Field Supervisors, ensuring quality and impact, while tracking progress and enabling effective implementation.

The role requires 7–8 years in the development sector, 3–4 years of team management, and postgraduate education in relevant fields.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years in the Development Sector.
• 3–4 years of experience managing teams.
• Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Project Planning & Management.
• Experience in urban/rural development, environment, climate change, sustainability, or public policy.
• Knowledge of sustainability and waste management issues preferred.
