Esepl Group seeks a Project Manager to plan, execute and deliver projects within scope, budget and schedule in Patna. You will coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, business administration, construction management, IT or related field
• Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) preferred for senior-level positions
• Certification in project management is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to completion
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors and internal teams
• Allocate resources to ensure timely execution
• Monitor costs and maintain budget control
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements
• Conduct meetings and provide regular status updates
• Track performance using project management tools

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. Skills Required:-

• Strong Knowledge of manpower management and site operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Good Knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws.
• Proficiency in MS office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience:-

• 10 year of experience in Project Management (Manpower Outsourcing / Facility Management preferred)
• Experience in handling large teams and multiple sites.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Information Technology or a related field.Master's Degree (MBA/PGDM) is preferred for senior-level positions.
