Role Overview

We are seeking an execution-oriented Project Manager with technical knowledge of full-stack development to lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle for our SaaS platform Lazim. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution managing backlogs sprints releases and daily team velocity to ensure on-time delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Project Sprint Delivery Own the full SDLC project roadmaps sprint planning task breakdown and delivery schedules Drive daily Scrum meetings clear developer blockers and track sprint velocity Manage scope risks dependencies release schedules and deployments
• Product Technical Coordination Translate client requirements into detailed user stories acceptance criteria and workflows Participate in technical discussions around full-stack architecture APIs databases and Git workflows Collaborate with UI UX and QA teams to review designs define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality scalable releases
• Client Quality Management Serve as the main technical contact for clients gathering requirements leading UAT and managing feedback change requests Monitor product stability track bugs reduce tech debt and drive root-cause fixes Present daily weekly project status delivery metrics and risks to management

Requirements

• Mandatory 2 3 years of PM experience managing SaaS ERP CRM or Enterprise Software
• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum product backlogs UAT QA and deployment cycles
• Strong technical background in full-stack web development APIs databases web architecture
• Excellent client communication scope management and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel or relocate temporarily if client business needs require
• Good to Have Experience with PHP Laravel modern frontend frameworks React Next js or PropTech platforms
• Familiarity with Git workflows CI CD cloud deployments and REST APIs
