Job summary

Weemploy invites an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor in Jaipur to lead complete residential projects from start to finish on site, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.

You will monitor civil, structural and finishing work, coordinate with contractors, labour, architects and vendors, manage material requirements and daily schedules, conduct quality checks, and maintain daily progress reports for management.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Hands-on bungalow and residential house construction experience.
• Excellent supervision of civil, structural and finishing work.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage schedules.
