Job summary

WeHouse - Home Construction in Jaipur is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead end-to-end residential construction projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors and on-site teams to plan, schedule, and manage budgets and timelines.

You will monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, drive process improvements, and report project status to stakeholders using our tech-enabled workflows.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Jaipur. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for residential construction, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with architects, engineers, vendors, and on-site teams. Daily responsibilities include tracking project progress against timelines and budgets, managing materials and logistics, supervising quality inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The role involves resolving issues that arise on-site, communicating clearly with clients on project status, and aligning internal stakeholders to meet project milestones. The Project Manager will also contribute to process improvements, documentation, and reporting to support WeHouse’s tech-enabled construction workflows.

• Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and project tracking.
• Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up of materials and services.
• Inspection skills to monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.
• Logistics Management skills to oversee material movement, storage, and on-site resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience managing residential or commercial construction projects, preferably in a tech-enabled or process-driven environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and use digital tools for project planning and reporting.
