KlarityXpert is seeking a freelance Project Manager to own one allocated project from onboarding to final closure, ensuring clear client communication and strict scope control.

This remote, project-linked role requires strong coordination across departments, risk management, and documentation in ERP, with no fixed salary and an emphasis on delivering precise, evidence-backed updates.

Responsibilities

• Accept only a Management-recorded Primary PM allocation.
• Verify the Sales handover, official order and required advance.
• Build a complete master brief with scope, exclusions, dependencies, risks and acceptance criteria.
• Create department handoffs and coordinate TL dependencies.
• Own normal client communication and consolidate actionable feedback.
• Record material decisions, approvals, changes, blockers and next actions in ERP.
• Coordinate Finance clearance, handover evidence, survey and final closure.

Project Manager (Freelance / Project-Linked)

Keep complex client work clear, owned and moving.

Own one allocated project's onboarding, master brief, client communication, cross-department coordination, scope control, documented updates, payment-gated handover and final closure while preserving the PM-TL-Freelancer authority chain.

This is a remote, independent and project-linked opportunity. Suitable candidates join a verified PM talent pool; selection does not guarantee a project, fixed workload or fixed monthly income.

What You Will Do

• Accept only a Management-recorded Primary PM allocation
