Key Responsibilities

• Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management
• Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships
• Ensure timely project closure and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
