Job summary

Alike Thoughts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large IT infrastructure initiatives across PAN India with hybrid working arrangements. The role targets immediate joiners and requires extensive experience in enterprise IT projects, including migrations and IAM implementations.

You will drive collaboration with IT admins to C-level executives, manage changes, and ensure delivery excellence in a multinational or global matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing complex IT infrastructure projects.

• Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of managing enterprise-wide email migrations (e.g., Office 365 / Google Workspace consolidation) and identity management (Active Directory) rollouts.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD (Entra ID), or other identity providers (like Okta or Ping). Understanding directory synchronization (e.g., AAD Connect), single sign-on (SSO), and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth) is crucial for consolidating identities before a migration.
• Change Management: Demonstrable experience driving adoption in environments with high institutional resistance.
• Core Competencies & Soft Skills
• High Resilience & "Thick Skin": Comfortable being the bearer of centralized mandates and handling pushback without losing focus or momentum.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from local system administrators to C-level global executives.
• Firm yet Diplomatic: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to say "no" constructively, while maintaining professional relationships.
• Conflict Resolution: Sharp judgment on when to problem-solve locally versus when to formally elevate to leadership
