Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 2–10 years of relevant experience in residential interior project execution.
• Experience in modular interiors, high-value residential projects, and end-to-end project management.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, site team, and client management.
• Hyderabad residential interiors market knowledge is a plus.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of residential interior design projects in Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, quality, cost, timelines, and successful project handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in residential interiors, project execution, site management, vendor management, and client coordination, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects from site handover to final project completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate closely with Interior Designers, Business Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, Vendors, Contractors, and Site Engineers.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, workmanship, safety, and execution quality.
• Ensure execution is strictly as per approved designs, working drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, labour costs, and overall project expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Identify potential project risks and site-level challenges and take proactive corrective actions.
• Manage and monitor vendors, contractors, carpenters, and site teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Ensure effective coordination between design, procurement, production, and execution teams to avoid project delays.
• Coordinate material requirements and procurement activities to ensure timely availability at site.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress, timelines, site requirements, and concerns.
• Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and track progress against agreed milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project MIS, progress reports, trackers, site reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, quality guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Monitor project timelines closely and take ownership of recovery plans wherever there are delays.
• Conduct quality inspections at various stages of execution and ensure timely closure of snags and defects.
• Drive on-time project completion, defect-free handover, and high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper project closure, documentation, handover, and post-handover coordination.

Qualification & Experience

• Candidates with experience in modular interiors, high-value residential projects, and end-to-end project management will be preferred.
• Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, site teams, and client expectations.
• Candidates with experience in the Hyderabad residential interiors market will be an added advantage.
