Job summary

Nextpower India Private Limited seeks a Project Manager to provide technical support for NEXTracker customers globally, ensuring top-tier service and expert PV system knowledge. You will back the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and order fulfillment.

You will handle RFIs, NCRs, RMAs, Change Orders, and Lien releases, while coordinating procurement and logistics and supporting on-site progress reviews. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of PV technology and its applications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in supply chain procurement and logistics.
• Understanding of dealing with customer support and O&M issues.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Fluency in Hindi will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for NEXTracker customers worldwide to maximize customer value.
• Develop and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and tools.
• Support project managers in activities that drive customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.
• Process RFIs, NCRs, RMAs, transmittals, Change Orders, and Lien releases.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics; on-site evaluations as needed.
• Ensure project documentation is complete at all stages, including schedules, invoices, budgets, POs, SOs.
• Manage weekly customer calls, kick-off and hand-off meetings.
• Advocate for the customer within NEXTracker.

Job description

Project Manager Provides technical support for NEXTracker customers worldwide, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to maximize customer value. Develop and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated tools. Supports the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and/or Program Manager in all activities that drive Customer Satisfaction and order fulfillment. Have strong customer care experience and be able to effectively communicate resolutions for customer concerns. Responsible for processing RFIs, NCRs, RMAs, transmittals, Change Orders, Lien releases. Support NEXTracker product procurement and logistics. Possible on site work to evaluate/document construction progress and respond to Customer queries. Ensures project documentation is complete and verified at all stages of project implementation, including but not limited to schedules, invoices, budgets, POs, SOs. Manages weekly Customers calls, kick off meetings, hand-off meetings. Plays key role in cross-functional product teams, providing recommendations based on systems integration expertise and customer needs assessments and feedback. Supports product development, sales, and marketing as requested. Internal customer voice. An advocate for the customer within NEXTracker.

Required Skills/Experiences

• Extensive hands-on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems a plus

• Some travel may be required. .
