Job summary

DATAECONOMY in Hyderabad/Pune is seeking a Project Manager with 8–12 years of experience to drive end-to-end delivery, act as the Scrum Master and delivery lead, and own delivery quality, cadence and team performance for the project.

You will run the full agile cadence, plan resources, resolve staffing gaps, and coordinate with customer stakeholders while maintaining security and data handling standards in a hybrid work setup with health protection plans and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Own full project lifecycle from initiation through closure against scope, schedule, budget, and quality baselines.
• Build/maintain the integrated project plan, sprint/release plans, and resource-loaded schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery — on-time, on-scope, on-quality across the whole team (AWS + partner resources).
• Run the full agile cadence — backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, demos, retrospectives.
• Plan/manage resource allocation, capacity, ramp-up/roll-off; resolve staffing gaps with the Resource Manager.
• Act as primary day-to-day delivery contact for customer delivery stakeholders (executive/commercial relationship with the AWS EM).
• Lead, coach, and manage team performance; remove impediments, drive accountability.
• Own delivery quality — enforce Definition of Done, quality gates, review discipline, defect prevention.

Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end, day-to-day running of the engagement. Acts as scrum master and delivery lead, owning delivery quality, cadence, financial tracking, and team performance for the whole project.

• Own end-to-end delivery — on-time, on-scope, on-quality outcomes acrossthe whole team (AWS + partner resources)

Requirements

• Operate formal change control — log, assess impact, route for approval
• Maintain the RAID log; identify, quantify, mitigate risks and issues
• Enforce quality/compliance standards and documentation/handoverrequirements
• Manage stakeholder communications across partner, customer teams; adhere to security/data-handling requirements.
