Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Project Manager to lead hospitality construction projects from concept to completion, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
You will develop plans, manage budgets and schedules, procurement, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a 10+ years' experience and PMP or equivalent certification.
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering hotel, resort, and hospitality construction projects from concept through completion. The role requires strong project management expertise to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, brand, and regulatory standards.
Lead end-to-end execution of hospitality construction projects, including luxury hotels, resorts, mixed-use hospitality developments, and renovation projects. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, operators, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Manage contract administration, change orders, project reporting, cost control, and project closeout activities.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline; PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience, including the successful delivery of hotel, resort, hospitality, or large-scale commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, budgeting, scheduling tools, contract management, and stakeholder management. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with international hospitality operators, consultants, and contractors. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
