Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru is seeking a Project Engineer to lead execution of villa construction, ensuring RCC, finishing and external works meet design and quality standards. You will coordinate with architects, consultants and client representatives, monitor schedules, and supervise subcontractors to deliver high-end finishes on time.

The role requires hands-on site leadership, strong communication, and meticulous reporting to minimize rework while upholding safety and regulatory

• Ensure high-quality finishing standards in villas (architectural and interior coordination).
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and client representatives.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedule.

About You

• Strong knowledge of villa construction and finishing works.

• Familiarity with MS Project/Primavera is an added advantage.
