Job summary

Vriba Technologies is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Bavdhan, Pune for a hybrid role (2/3 days WFO). The candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and governance, coordinating cross‑functional teams across IT projects.

Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, and Azure DevOps is required. Strong English communication and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure adherence to governance and reporting requirements.
• Identify risks and opportunities across projects and publish weekly status reports.
• Collaborate with PMO and stakeholders to ensure timely decision making and issue resolution.
• Focus on cloud technologies and enable successful project execution using Azure/AWS/GCP.

work timings: 6.30PM to 3.30AM IST
Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with strong background in Project management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Strong English Communication skills (Written/Verbal)
• Should have good understanding of Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management (MS-PPM)
• MS Project tools MS Project, Smartsheet
• Outstanding working knowledge of Power BI and Azure DevOps
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• PM should be solution provider to help teams to remove impediment and execution of the projects
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Manage project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work with other project managers to identify risks and opportunities across projects within the department
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce projects reports for management and stakeholders
• SPOC, schedule meetings, and weekly status updates for project stakeholders
• Update Project plan, Status reports, Issue register, and Risk register
• Publish weekly status and Manage PMO repositories (SharePoint, Teams sites) to ensure all documents are correctly getting updated
• Should have experience on cloud technologies like AZURE, AWS, GCP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience.
