Reboot Game Studios in India is seeking a Project Manager to join our production team and take ownership of the successful delivery of AAA game projects.

This role asks for someone who can bring structure, accountability and predictability to complex projects while keeping artists, leads and clients aligned. You will work with Art Leads, Artists, Production, QA and international clients to move projects from planning through delivery.

Qualifications

• You must have 4+ years in game production or project management.

• Ability to establish production plans, milestones and dependencies.

You will work closely with Art Leads, Artists, Production, QA and international clients to ensure projects move smoothly from planning through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Production Management

• Own end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, quality and resources.
• Build and maintain production plans, milestones, timelines and dependencies.
• Track progress across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Identify production bottlenecks and resolve them proactively.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate artists, leads and internal teams to maintain production momentum.
• Establish clear ownership, priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor team capacity and work with leadership on resource planning.
• Ensure blockers and dependencies are identified and addressed quickly.

Client Management

• Provide clear and accurate project updates, reports and forecasts.
• Manage expectations around timelines, scope, priorities and risks.
• Ensure client feedback is communicated clearly to the production team and converted into actionable tasks.

Quality & Iteration

• Ensure assets move through the required review and feedback cycles efficiently.
• Track feedback, revisions and approvals to avoid unnecessary production delays.
• Work closely with Art Leads to ensure deliverables remain aligned with the required artistic and technical standards.
• Monitor iteration turnaround time and ensure feedback is implemented accurately.
• Identify risks, dependencies and potential delays before they impact delivery.
• Develop mitigation plans and elevate critical issues when required.
• Track scope changes and their impact on timelines and resources.
• Maintain production visibility so there are no last-minute surprises.

Process & Reporting

• Maintain project trackers, documentation, schedules and production reports.
• Establish clear production processes and communication channels.
• Continuously improve workflows to make production more efficient and predictable.
• Provide leadership with visibility into project health, capacity, risks and delivery forecasts.
