Qualifications

• Knowledge of inspection processes to support QA and compliance across deliverables.

Role Description

The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of client project. This role includes planning project scope, timelines, and resources, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring milestones are met within budget and quality expectations.

The Project Manager will manage stakeholder communication, track risks and dependencies, and facilitate alignment between product, engineering, and client teams. Day-to-day tasks involve maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress, driving issue resolution, and ensuring smooth logistics and expediting activities for project deliverables. The role also requires continuous improvement of project processes, support for inspections and quality checks, and proactive reporting on project status to leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in expediting and related activities, such as Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting to ensure on-time delivery of tasks and materials.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes to support quality assurance and compliance across project deliverables.
• Ability to handle Logistics Management, coordinating resources, timelines, and dependencies for smooth project execution.
• Prior experience managing technology or software development projects, ideally in AI, SaaS, or product engineering environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
