Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or operations management.
• Experience in FEED and detailed engineering execution.
• Experience estimating projects and leading timelines.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy.
• Prepare and review man-hour estimates, project cost estimates, and resource plans following project award.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate project activities.
• Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and estimation targets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and industry standards.
• Oversee engineering design quality and conduct technical reviews.
• Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, technical queries, and design changes effectively.
• Support procurement, construction, and project execution phases.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.The role involves leading engineering projects across feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed design phases within the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy
• Prepare and review engineering man-hour estimates, project cost estimates, and resource plans following project award
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate project activities.
• Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and estimation targets
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and industry standards
• Oversee engineering design quality and conduct technical reviews
• Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders
• Manage project risks, technical queries, and design changes effectively
• Support procurement, construction, and project execution phases
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech/BBA(Operations)/MBA(Operations)/M.E/ M.Tech(Preferred)
  
• Candidates who are interested in pursuing their career in Oil & Gas/ Marine/ Industrial projects are encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, PDMS/E3D, Aspen HYSYS, STAAD
