Job summary

Opkey is seeking a Project Manager – Oracle Cloud ERP to lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact Oracle implementations. You will collaborate with clients, Oracle consultants, and automation specialists to translate complex requirements into actionable plans and successful go-lives.

The role emphasizes structured delivery, stakeholder alignment, and governance across finance, SCM, and HCM modules. You’ll mentor teams, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risk, while leveraging Opkey’s testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing Oracle Cloud ERP projects.
• Proven success delivering Oracle Cloud implementations or large-scale enhancements across Finance, SCM, HCM, or cross-functional tracks.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, testing phases, data migration processes, and integration touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle of Oracle Cloud ERP projects—from project planning and requirement gathering to testing, automation enablement, cutover, and go-live.
• Partner with clients, internal teams, and Oracle functional/technical consultants to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and automation activities in collaboration with QA and Opkey automation teams.
• Drive project governance through reports, dashboards, status reviews, and stakeholder communication.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager – Oracle Cloud ERP to lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact Oracle implementations and enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, collaboration, and accountability—someone who can turn complex functional and technical requirements into seamless execution.

You’ll work closely with clients, Oracle consultants, internal teams, and automation specialists to drive Oracle ERP transformations backed by Opkey’s powerful testing and assurance accelerators.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle of Oracle Cloud ERP projects—from project planning and requirement gathering to testing, automation enablement, cutover, and go‑live.
• Partner with clients, internal teams, and Oracle functional/technical consultants to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and automation activities in collaboration with QA and Opkey automation teams.
• Drive project governance through reports, dashboards, status reviews, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery across Oracle modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, or others based on project needs).
• Lead UAT cycles, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing Oracle Cloud ERP projects.
• Proven success delivering Oracle Cloud implementations or large‑scale enhancements across Finance, SCM, HCM, or cross‑functional tracks.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, testing phases, data migration processes, and integration touchpoints.
• Experience managing project tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP testing or automation tools (Opkey experience is a strong advantage).
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project delivery models.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Financials, SCM, HCM, or Project Management.
• Experience working with ERP test automation platforms (Opkey, Selenium, Worksoft, Tricentis, etc.).
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Experience managing multi‑country rollouts, multi‑pillar programs, or large enterprise transformation projects.
