Job summary

Opkey is seeking a Project Manager for Oracle Cloud ERP testing and automation projects to lead successful customer implementations from kickoff through automate enablement, UAT, and go-live.

You will collaborate with Oracle functional teams, Solution Architects, Automation Engineers, and Customer Success teams to drive scalable, automated testing solutions that accelerate Oracle Cloud adoption and quarterly release readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Oracle Cloud ERP testing, QA, or implementations.
• At least 5 years managing Oracle Cloud ERP testing projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud business processes, testing lifecycle, and UAT.
• Experience with quarterly release management and regression testing.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects in customer-facing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP testing and automation projects using Opkey.
• Define project scope, implementation plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and communication plans.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, discovery workshops, and requirement sessions focused on Oracle processes and testing objectives.
• Coordinate with SMEs and Oracle implementation partners to identify critical processes and testing priorities.
• Drive test strategy, test planning, regression suite design, automation roadmap, and release readiness activities.
• Manage automated test suites for Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, Projects.
• Monitor project health through RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, executive reviews and governance meetings.
• Lead UAT, quarterly release certification, production validation and post-deployment stabilization activities.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and customer escalations proactively.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and transition to self-managed or managed testing services after implementation.
• Mentor implementation teams and drive continuous process improvements.

This role is responsible for managing customer implementations from project kickoff through automation enablement, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and customer transition.

You will work closely with customer stakeholders, Oracle functional teams, Solution Architects, Automation Engineers, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementation of scalable, automated testing solutions that accelerate Oracle Cloud adoption and quarterly release readiness.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP testing and automation projects using Opkey.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years managing Oracle Cloud ERP testing, QA, or implementation projects.
• Experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP testing programs across Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, or other Oracle Cloud modules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud business processes, testing lifecycle, quarterly release management, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects in customer-facing environments.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, planning, and risk management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer implementations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP testing automation platforms such as Opkey, Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, Selenium, or similar solutions.
• Oracle Cloud Functional certifications in Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations or Customer Success delivery engagements.
• Knowledge of AI-driven testing, risk-based testing, and test optimization methodologies.
