Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Oracle Cloud ERP expert to lead enterprise transformation programs. You will influence architecture, integration, and financial systems modernization while enabling AI-powered automation across ERP ecosystems.

You will mentor engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and partner with executives to deliver scalable, secure financial solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise app development with Oracle Cloud ERP
• Deep functional/technical Oracle Cloud Financials (AP/GL/AR/FA)
• Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts, controls and compliance
• End-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Translate complex financial requirements into scalable tech solutions
• Expert SQL/PLSQL, database design, performance tuning
• Experience with Oracle DB objects and data architecture
• Design/implement Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP, BIP)
• Experience linking Oracle Cloud with external apps, banks, tax systems
• Understand enterprise app architecture, security, cloud patterns
• Lead delivery across multiple projects and initiatives
• Hands-on AI-powered automation and agentic architectures
• Experience in OCI services and cloud-native patterns
• Background in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or financial services

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud ERP transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business performance
• Influence enterprise architecture, integration strategy, and financial systems modernization

• Improve financial process efficiency, data accuracy, compliance, and user experience across ERP ecosystems

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise application development experience with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP
• Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA)
• Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts, controls, and compliance requirements
• Proven expertise in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
• Ability to translate complex financial business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, database design, performance tuning, package development, debugging, query optimization, and troubleshooting
• Strong experience with Oracle database objects and enterprise data architecture principles
• Demonstrated success designing and implementing Oracle Cloud integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, and BI Publisher (BIP)
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with external applications, financial institutions, tax systems, and enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integration patterns, security principles, and cloud-based solution design
• Experience leading technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
• Experience with Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) modules
• Hands‑on experience developing AI‑powered enterprise automation solutions
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and LLM‑based autonomous agents
• Experience implementing intelligent workflow orchestration, process mining, or ERP automation initiatives
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and cloud‑native development patterns
• Experience working in large‑scale retail, manufacturing, distribution, or financial services environments
• Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP, Integration Cloud, or related technologies
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives, finance leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams
