Job summary

Infosys Equinox in India seeks a seasoned Full Stack developer to design, develop, validate and support robust software solutions. You will translate client requirements into system specs and participate in estimations, ensuring code quality through reviews and testing.

You will be part of a team delivering omnichannel digital experiences on cloud platforms, following Agile rituals and best practices to enable the client’s digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
• Experience with AWS multi-account governance and IaC at scale.

Responsibilities

• Engage in requirement analysis and grooming activities.
• Define stories and tasks for implementation and closure.
• Ensure design documentation aligns with architecture requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to develop technical requirements and tasks.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on approved designs.
• Adhere to quality checks (standards, SonarQube, unit test coverage).
• Unit test developed code and fix bugs.
• Review code and pull requests to maintain standards.

Roles Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infosys Equinox employee:

• As part of the Infosys Equinox delivery team, your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain.
• You will gather the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements.
• You will play a key role in the overall estimation of work requirements to provide the right information on project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers.

Area of Responsibility

• Actively participate in the Requirement analysis and grooming activity.
• Define stories tasks for the implementations, assigning for the closure for the tasks.
• Ensure effective Design and Documentation in line with Architecture requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop sound technical requirements that clearly outlines the tasks required to accomplished.
• Produce clean and efficient code based on the approved design specifications.
• Need to ensure all code thus produced meets all the quality checks including Standards and Guidelines, SonarQube, Unit Test Coverage etc.
• Unit test the developed code for bugs and fix them accordingly.
• Review code written by team members and ensure the developed code is in accordance with the organization standards and processes.
• Review pull requests raised by team members and provide suggestions if any before it is passed for approval.

Technical Requirement

• AWS - Architecture Governance (multi-account, Well-Architected, cost/security) + IaC at scale AI Enablement
• Nice to Have: Azure, GCP exposure

Additional Responsibility

• Good analytical ability and problem solving skills.

• Highly proficient in coding standards best practices and code quality.
• Good understanding of the functional capabilities of the platform.
• Proficient in Design principles and Design Patterns including Microservices Architecture style.
• Full Stack developer.

• Proficient in defining and implementation Proof Of Concept (POC) as needed.
• Quick learner to skill up on the required technologies, process and tools.
• Good communication skills - both oral and written.
