Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• 2+ years of IT/software project management experience.

• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing IT/software development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and driving projects from planning through successful delivery.

The role requires a professional who can take ownership, proactively identify challenges, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with Clients, Product, Development, QA, Design, and Internal Teams.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities and track progress against agreed timelines.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, blockers, and issues and take proactive corrective action.
• Identify potential delivery risks at an early stage and communicate them appropriately to stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact for project-related communication with clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent.

Good to Have:

• Experience managing website, web application, or software development projects.
• Experience working in a product development or IT services environment.
• Exposure to cross-functional and distributed teams.
