The Technical Systems Manager oversees the administration, support, and optimization of key enterprise collaboration and communication platforms, including Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom. This role ensures stability, security, and efficiency of back‑office systems and user productivity tools. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and an initiative‑taking approach to systems management and service delivery. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems promptly, and providing end‑user training and assistance.
