Job summary

Sonata Software in Bengaluru/Bangalore seeks a Microsoft 365 Apps and Services Engineer to lead technical conversations with customers and drive value from MS investments. This role helps modernise customer environments and move to cloud-based solutions.

You will apply deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and services, participate in digital transformation efforts, and deliver education workshops. English fluency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• M365 productivity apps coverage including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more.
• Fluent English communication, both oral and written.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 deployment, integration and advanced configuration.
• Track record of supporting customer digital transformation and proactive services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive services such as education workshops, assessments and expert guidance.

We are looking Microsoft 365 Apps and Services leverages deep expertise to lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments. This role provides technical expertise to support customers modernise their environment and move to cloud-based solutions.

Primary Skills: M365

Additional desired skills: Experience with M365 back-up and recovery

Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and its various apps and services, including deployment, integration, and advanced configuration.

Track record of supporting customer digital transformation through proactive services, workshops, and technical assessments.

Fluent English oral and written communication.

Strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.

Breadth of experience and knowledge across Microsoft 365.

The desire to upskill in new/additional technology areas.
