Job summary

Quess Corp Limited in Bengaluru, India, seeks a senior project leader with extensive technical experience to drive large, complex programs from initiation to delivery.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and ensure effective stakeholder communication while adopting AI tools where appropriate.

Preferred candidates have 14+ years of experience, strong cloud and SDLC knowledge, and proven ability to navigate Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years of experience in the current market.
• Technical awareness: understanding infra-architecture, cloud concepts (AWS, Azure), and the SDLC.
• Excellent in project lifecycle methodology with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (mandatory).
• Excellent in project documentation (charter, RAID, project plan, client reports).
• Experience guiding teams and stakeholders through digital transformations or AI tool adoption.
• Financial insight: managing complex budgets, vendor contracts, resource allocations.
• Proactive problem-solving: removing roadblocks with adaptive solutions when constraints threaten timelines.
• Must have handled large, complex projects.
