Aesthetix Spaces Llp in Bengaluru seeks a diligent Project Manager to ensure all departments run smoothly per SOPs and timelines. You will not handle execution work but will coordinate projects, people, and processes, acting as the escalation and reporting hub for management.

The role focuses on process discipline, agile practices, and proactive issue resolution, with hands-on standups, milestone tracking, and cross‑functional coordination to keep initiatives on track.

Responsibilities

• SOPs & Process Management: Ensure all teams follow our SOPs and defined workflows.
• Project & Timeline Tracking: Track project milestones & deadlines. Ensure work progresses as planned without delays.
• Team Progress Monitoring: Track individual performance, productivity, and accountability. Identify gaps and support improvement.
• Task Assignment & Coordination: Assign tasks to respective teams. Ensure responsibilities are clearly defined and completed.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: Handle internal or client escalations. Assign issues to the right team and ensure quick resolution.
• Agile Management & Reporting: Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, and reviews. Identify bottlenecks and remove blockers. Report overall project and team status to higher management regularly.
