Job summary

Project Management of End to End execution of Yokogawa affiliate projects, size may vary between 50k$ to 30 M$ Reports to PMO for project governance and independently handle the EPC & end user along with affiliate team. Responsible for the profitability and change order management of the project. Responsible for high customer satisfaction.

• Project Lifecycle Management: Plan and oversee all stages from conceptual design and FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) to commissioning and operational handover.
• Technical Governance: Lead multidisciplinary teams (Hardware, DCS, Safety, SCADA, Cybersecurity, etc) to ensure that all project specifications related to the project are met.
• The Project manager will be supported by Engineering manager or Lead Engineers as the case may be.
• Digital Integration: Implement internal project management tools for scope, cost, schedule and Quality management.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal engineering teams, external EPC contractors, and internal support departments like Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify technical and contractual risks; ensure all systems comply with required project standards like UL, CSA, IEC, etc.
• Financial Accountability: Manage project P&L, including budgeting, cost control, and procurement of critical components.
