The PM will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience in IT/tech environments preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with MS Project, PPM tools, Smartsheet, Power BI and Azure DevOps.

Aufgaben

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring and delivery for multiple initiatives.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and PMs to plan and develop scope, deliverables, and plans.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; report status to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain PMO artifacts: project plans, status, risk and issue registers, SharePoint/Teams repositories.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for stakeholders; schedule and publish weekly updates.
• Promote best practices in Agile and Waterfall; ensure project governance and compliance.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with strong background in Project management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strong English Communication skills (Written/Verbal)
• Should have good understanding of Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management (MS-PPM)
• MS Project tools MS Project, Smartsheet
• Outstanding working knowledge of Power BI and Azure DevOps
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• PM should be solution provider to help teams to remove impediment and execution of the projects
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Manage project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work with other project managers to identify risks and opportunities across projects within the department
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce projects reports for management and stakeholders
• SPOC, schedule meetings, and weekly status updates for project stakeholders
• Update Project plan, Status reports, Issue register, and Risk register
• Publish weekly status and Manage PMO repositories (SharePoint, Teams sites) to ensure all documents are correctly getting updated
• Should have experience on cloud technologies like AZURE, AWS, GCP

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience.

• Had experience working in IT organizations
• PMP Certification
• Agile/Scrum Certification
