Carrerlift in Pune, India, is seeking a motivated project coordinator to support robotics programs across strategy, operations, and technology. You will learn PMI, Agile, and hybrid delivery frameworks while building core skills for managing complex programs.

You will coordinate reviews, track milestones, run meetings, and develop status reports for stakeholders. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and continuous process improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Mechanical or related) required or completed.
• Knowledge of project management, supply chain, or operations from coursework or work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity and data-driven decisions.
• Organized, detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple tasks under deadline pressure.
• Keen to seek feedback, learn quickly, and adapt when priorities shift.

• Currently in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Mechanical or related field)
• Knowledge of project management, supply chain, or operations from coursework or work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity and data-driven decisions
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks under deadline pressure
• Keen to seek feedback, learn quickly, and adapt when priorities shift
• Collaborative but also able to work independently with little supervision

Nice to have:

• Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) experience
• Exposure to Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Confluence, Power BI, or Tableau
• PM or Agile certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum)
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools
