Job summary

Clover Infotech is seeking a Project Management / Business Analyst to support project management and business analysis activities in a BFSI environment. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking project progress.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. WFO from Bangalore office is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Management support.
• Good understanding of requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience in preparing BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and project documentation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in preparing project trackers, MIS reports, dashboards, and status reports.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
