Job Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager – Stress Testing & Treasury

Role Overview

This role offers an opportunity to work within a transformation and change delivery team supporting systems that enable CMST and TRSC business processes. The position combines end-to-end Project Management and Business Analysis responsibilities, overseeing the full project lifecycle—from understanding business needs through solution delivery—while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

The role holder will work closely with business stakeholders, Finance, Analytics & Digital Architecture (ADA), IT teams, data officers, process owners, and data input owners to ensure effective delivery of change and transformation initiatives, with strong focus on risk identification, mitigation, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver high-quality business requirements, process design documentation, cost-benefit analysis, and solution options.
Manage projects in accordance with Group project management standards and methodologies, potentially across multiple initiatives and business areas.
Translate business requirements into structured project plans, ensuring alignment between requirements, business processes, testing teams, and technical delivery.
Ensure requirements from multiple stakeholders are aligned and proactively resolve conflicts through effective engagement.
Perform data analysis, including identification of data/process gaps, reconciliation of outputs, regression testing, and analysis.
Plan and facilitate project and stakeholder meetings; guide and mentor business analysis resources throughout delivery.
Support user training preparation and execution.
Collaborate with Project Manager and Business Analyst communities within Finance Transformation.
Adopt and promote Agile ways of working and encourage innovation in change delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 10 years of combined experience in Project Management and Business Analysis within Banking & Financial Services.
Strong domain experience in Stress Testing and Treasury (mandatory).
Exposure to Capital Management, ROTE / EP is desirable.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies; Agile experience preferred.
Proven Business Analysis and Testing expertise.
Ability to manage multiple technical and non-technical initiatives independently.
Strong facilitation, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-border global teams.
Data management and analytical skills are an added advantage.
