Job summary

Talent Toppers in Bengaluru seeks a senior consultant with 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or related environments to lead healthcare engagements across domains like Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Healthcare Providers, Payers, Global Health, and Digital Health.

You will translate complex data into strategic insights, mentor teams, manage multiple workstreams, and present findings to senior stakeholders, leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in professional services, consulting, research, or related environment.
• MBA required with B.Pharm / BDS / BE or BS in sciences from a reputed institute.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in strategic consulting for Healthcare clients.
• Exposure to two or more core Healthcare domains (Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Providers, Payers, Global Health, Digital Health).
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated team management and people leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams with effective delegation.
• Hands-on with Alteryx and Tableau; Python/R/SPSS is a plus.
• Data analytics exposure in strategy or consulting engagements.

• Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in providing internal or external strategic consulting to Healthcare clients.
• Exposure to two or more core Healthcare domains such as Pharmaceuticals ,MedTech,Healthcare Providers ,Payers ,Global Health ,Digital Health
• Strong understanding of Healthcare industry topics, trends, and business models.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and people leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and develop structured approaches to complex diligence questions.
