Job summary

Advantmed India LLP in Gujarat is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end client projects, ensuring launches are ready and SLAs are met. You will coordinate across functions to maintain portfolio health and timely delivery.

You will partner with Client Success, Operations, Quality, and leadership, producing dashboards, status reports, and action plans while juggling multiple initiatives with precision and focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, program management, account management, or client delivery.
• Strong planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and SLA governance.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and project trackers.
• Ability to engage with US counterparts and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from implementation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers.
• Monitor project health and SLA compliance; intervene early on risks.
• Raise Early Warning Signals for at-risk projects.
• Coordinate with Operations and Client Success to address dependencies.
• Lead governance meetings and follow up on actions.
• Prepare leadership dashboards and client delivery updates.
• Plan launch readiness, capacity validation, and resource planning.
• Draft and execute Plan of Action for Amber/Red status.
• Identify process improvements and support escalation management.

Department: Client Project Execution Team

Shift: 11 AM to 8:30 PM IST

Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end client project delivery governance across assigned accounts, ensuring launch readiness, milestone achievement, SLA compliance, portfolio health, risk management, and successful execution. Act as the primary coordination point between Client Success, Operations, Quality, WFM, MIS, Product Solutions, and leadership while driving accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, program management, account management, or client delivery.
• Strong understanding of project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and SLA governance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, presentations, and project trackers.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with US counterparts and senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-driven, organised, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from implementation and launch through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery trackers.
• Monitor project health and SLA compliance, ensuring proactive intervention when risks are identified.
• Raise Early Warning Signals (EWS) for projects at risk of missing milestones, targets, or client commitments.
• Partner closely with Operations and Client Success teams to address dependencies, constraints, and delivery challenges.
• Drive cross-functional governance meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Prepare leadership dashboards, project status reports, and client delivery updates.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities, capacity validation, resource planning, and operational preparedness.
• Develop and execute Plan of Action (POA) for projects in Amber or Red status.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
• Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.

Preferred:

• Experience in US healthcare operations, project governance, client delivery, or PMO functions.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is good to have.
