Job summary

Allianz Technology in Kerala, India is seeking a Governance & PMO support professional to act as a central point of contact for health data, KPI analysis, and process improvements. The role involves producing reports, dashboards, and documentation to guide senior leadership decisions.

You will establish standards, manage governance forums, and provide guidance to project teams on governance matters, with exposure to ITIL and information security topics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of total experience.
• Exposure in governance roles; strong communication and attention to detail.
• Reporting skills using Microsoft Excel & Power BI.
• Data analytics skills - Intermediate.
• Understanding of ITIL, Infrastructure and Information Security topics will be added advantage.
• Project Management certifications will be an added advantage.

• Build a single point of contact that handles all of division’s health related information- analyse KPI, utilisation, head count, revenue, cost savings.

• Build a single point of contact that handles all of division’s health related information- analyse the key data points namely KPI, utilisation, head count, revenue, cost savings.
• Provide recommendations or actions pertaining to process improvements.
• Establish standards and procedures to ensure projects are managed consistently and effectively.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including charters, policies, and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track any strategic project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
• Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
• Organize and lead governance meetings, steering committees, and other forums to review project status and address issues.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on governance-related matters.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on strategic projects.
• Monitor and report on risk status, escalating issues as necessary.
