PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

There are multiple work areas and strategic projects under deployment and execution. These Projects needs dedicated time and resources to monitor, and coordinate across multiple departments to ensure smooth execution. This position is of executive level, which requires strategic mindset approach, prepare presentations, reports, organise and attend the review cadence of multiple projects, be SPOC of key departmental and Cross Functional projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead the Strategic projects.
• Attend and Conduct regular Reviews with each Project leaders for completion
• Meet the cross functional team members to get the projects to completion stage.
• Constant Check, Act, Do ( CAPDo) activities & DWM
• Process Simplification and develop SOPs
• Digitizing process and work on Digitalization roadmap
• Coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare presentations, Reports, dashboards
• Data Analysis and insights for business decisions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibility 1 : Participation in Project Review

• With various project leaders (Pyron, Abhed, Parivartan, Vishwas etc)
• Drive Canvas initiatives

Responsibility 2 :

• Timely preparation of MIS and Presentations for management reviews
• Prepare insights and business summaries

Responsibility 3

• Conduct /Attend / Meet the cross functional team members of Field Service and Parts Team, Marketing Team, P&SQ, IT- CRM, Analytics team and get the projects to completion stage
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned task

• Claims process
• Warranty settlement
• Long storage guidelines
• Packaging improvements

Responsibility 5 : End to end Digitalization

• Develop dashboards for prompt updates

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Education: BE / BTech- Mechanical/ Automobile
Relevant Experience: Should have worked in TML for 3-5 years
