We are looking for a competent Team Lead-Order Management for our Aftermarket Parts distribution. There is a high sense of urgency associated with this role with emphasis on timely and accurate solutions on dealer/customer problems. Be a guide, monitor and functionally lead the team on their deliverables. This role also demands to initiate/lead continuous improvement projects/ideas.
a. Hold periodic or as-needed meetings/calls with respective network customer services staff and expediting teams to address/clarify issues and questions and to stay current on ordering processes, part status and/or system updates.
b. This may require some flexibility in hours to accommodate dealer discussions.
Bachelor degree / Diploma (3 years) with equivalent experience
Minimum nine years of job-related experience in supply chain domain
Relevant professional experience leading projects, operational management & leadership
Demonstrated ability to work independently and to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and background
Should be a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
Should be willing to work in AP/EAME/US shifts.
This position requires no more than 5% travel.
